What You Will Need
120g Milk Or Almond Milk
60g Vegetable Oil
338g Justine’s Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cake Mix
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil. Whisk together.
Add Justine’s Keto Friendly Gingerbread Cake Mix & mix well till combined & no lumps.
Line a 20 cm cake pan with baking paper & grease sides with oil spray.
Fill the pan with batter.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch, or when a toothpick or fork tine inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings.
Will keep well stored in an air-tight container for a week.
