What is Keto Karton?

Keto Karton NZ is a subscription snack box. Each month we send a selection of keto-friendly and low-carb snack food items, staples, and new edible discoveries to subscribers, delivered in a Keto Karton box. We reveal some of the products each month on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and our VIP newsletter.

Our Keto Kartons are low-carb, grain-free, artificial and refined sugar-free, gluten-free, contain all real food, and super convenient for lovers of snacking.

What is in each karton? Can I see before I buy?

Keto Karton is all about discovering new products, so the contents of the karton are a surprise. You can see images and full product reveals on our website. Keto Karton will often reveal one or two products each month.

We give no warranties that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. Keto Karton is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever.

How much does it cost?

Keto Karton NZ subscription boxes cost $59/month + $5 shipping New Zealand-wide. To receive FREE SHIPPING, sign up to a 6-month subscription plan.

– 3 and 6 month subscriptions are paid upfront during checkout.
– Rural delivery addresses will automatically add $3 on shipping.
– Shipping fees for 3 month subscription plans are paid upfront during checkout.

How do I subscribe?

Can I buy a one-off box?

Keto Karton NZ boxes are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one Keto Karton, we recommend a monthly subscription which can be cancelled straight after you’ve placed your order. This will ensure you receive just one box.

If I buy 3 month or 6 month subscription will my subscription auto renew after that period?

No, after your 3 or 6 month subscription has ended we won’t re-new your subscription, or continue sending you boxes. We’ll send you a reminder however, so you don’t miss out on the next month.

Can I customise my Keto Karton?

No, at this stage you cannot customise a Keto Karton for your specific dietary requirements. Each month we’ll let you know if our kartons are diary-free, vegetarian, or anything specific about the karton.

When will I be charged for each month’s karton?

Each subscription renews on the 1st of every month, no matter the date when you first subscribed. If you subscribe before the 1st of the month for the next month’s karton, then we will put your subscription on hold during the renewal period to ensure you only pay once.

For example – if you subscribe on 25 September for the October Keto Karton, you’ll be charged first time on 25 September, and not again until 1 November.

Can I change the address of where my karton should go?

Absolutely! You can change the address we deliver to and your card payment details my visiting the My Account page of the website here: ketokarton.co.nz/my-account

When will I receive my karton?

Karton’s are shipped on the third Monday of every month. Each month we’ll email you with the shipping date. You should expect to receive it within three days of this date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime on the My Account page here: ketokarton.co.nz/my-account

If you have forgotten your password, just press “Forgot Password”. A password reset will go to the email you signed up.

You need to cancel before the 1st of the month. If you don’t cancel in time your renew order will be placed.

Do you provide refunds if I forget to cancel?

Keto Karton NZ does not offer refunds, including partial refunds. This includes monthly, 3 and 6 subscription plans that have already started.

Keto Karton NZ also does not accept returns of monthly boxes or individual products under any circumstances.

Does Keto Karton get free product to put in the kartons?

No. Keto Karton purchases all the product that goes into the kartons. If we receive free product from our partners, we give these away in prize draws and competitions to our customers.

I have a keto-friendly/low-carb product - how do I get my product in your box?
